DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) is the integrated care division of DaVita Inc., working on DaVita’s vision to provide integrated care to all ESRD patients, who are some of the most medically complex and vulnerable patient populations in the US. The Manager, IKC Clinical Programs, will be responsible for developing and maintaining new programs and processes to enhance DaVita IKC’s Annual Health Evaluation Program. This team is responsible for shaping and executing near-term strategies that support a large, enterprise-wide care program. They design and launch new tools, insights, and capabilities that help frontline care and operations teams deliver results. Their work spans process improvement, data and reporting solutions, and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance how care teams operate day to day. The team supports a broad range of operational and clinical partners and works in a highly collaborative, project-based environment. The manager role leads a small team of analysts, focusing on talent development, performance, and building a strong team culture while ensuring high-quality insights and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in process engineering, management consulting, or a similar field
  • Experience developing and managing direct reports
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the creation and implementation of new processes to support the comprehensive health evaluation
  • Ideate, build, and scale new operational processes to enable improved clinical care for our patients, including developing pilots and proofs of concept for new telehealth initiatives
  • Leverage a hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities to improve outreach, scheduling, and visit workflows; support with analysis as necessary
  • Support executive, management, and front-line initiatives, performance reporting, and communication.
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly and annual reporting as required to support regular operating reviews
  • Collaborate with clinical, financial, legal, compliance, and risk teams to enable rollout of new programs
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of clinical and business stakeholders through written and verbal communication
  • Other duties as assigned
