About The Position
The Cluster Operations Manager is a senior role responsible for overseeing one or more Amazon Data Center Clusters and Colocation Operations within a specific region. This position entails managerial responsibilities for safety, security, availability, scaling, efficiency, and cost management. The role requires building and leading high-performing teams across various functions, including Data Center engineering operations and physical security, while also addressing complex operational challenges and driving continuous improvement in processes and performance.
