About The Position
Regal Rexnord, a leading supplier in the Aerospace industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager II reporting to the Plant Manager. The primary responsibility for this position is to lead the operations of a $40 Million business that manufactures mechanical Aerospace components. This individual will lead and provide superior manufacturing leadership to the production managers and maintenance personnel to enhance business performance in the areas of manufacturing cost, output, safety, and quality improvements. The plant, which is located in Monticello, IN, manufactures high quality Bearings used for Aerospace applications.
