About the Learning & Development Team Our team is dedicated to building best-in-class training solutions for Walmart's Specialty divisions, including Pharmacy and Health & Wellness. We collaborate across business units to ensure associates have the knowledge and skills to excel, directly influencing operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Design, implement, and evaluate complex training programs for Health & Wellness associates
  • Audit and update learning content to align with business goals
  • Lead facilitator development and deliver train-the-trainer programs
  • Analyze trainee performance and recommend improvements
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness and consistency
  • Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years' experience) in adult learning, training, or related field
  • Background in teaching, facilitation, or adult education
  • Experience in Pharmacy, Health & Wellness, or Call Center environments
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training content
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years' experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years' experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
