About The Position
The Fulfillment Center Manager II plays a crucial role in supporting the financial and operational objectives of the La Vergne Fulfillment Center. This position involves strategic and tactical leadership to ensure excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth (SQDCG) while managing the vision, strategy, and operations of the fulfillment center. The manager is responsible for hiring, performance evaluation, and compliance with regulations, while also acting as a strategic partner to internal and external customers.
