The Ricoh Global Services Commercial team is responsible for winning and retaining profitable business with Ricoh’s large global clients. The team delivers complex, competitively priced, and compelling proposals through global expertise and consistent best practices. The Contract Development and Compliance (CD&C) team ensures quality, compliance, and efficiency across the Global Major Account segment. The CD&C Manager plays a key role in developing contractual materials for new service lines and ensuring internal compliance with global standards. In the Americas region, this role supports sales teams and affiliate companies in negotiating and signing compliant regional/global contracts for International Accounts (IA).

  • Develop, publish, and update global contracting documentation (e.g., Master Services Agreements)
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create standard global Statements of Work (SoWs) for new service lines
  • Provide guidance on global contracting issues (e.g., currency, financing, billing, SLAs)
  • Ensure customer contracts meet global standards; identify and mitigate risks before global approval
  • Manage the Deal Approval & Contract Launch Process during sales and negotiation phases
  • Present and negotiate contractual documentation with clients
  • Support Sales Leads with Deal Registration activities
  • Oversee the Contract Approval process and submit launch documents to stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a technical/scientific discipline (e.g., BEng, BSc)
  • Minimum 5 years in relevant fields: bid management, legal, contract negotiation, pricing, product marketing, or procurement
  • Experience drafting documents and negotiating with customers in dynamic environments (e.g., consulting, biotech, tech, engineering)
  • Fluent in business English
  • A second language is beneficial, especially the ability to communicate effectively with non-native English speakers
  • Strong problem-solving and business process analysis skills
  • Understanding of legal and commercial concepts in global contexts
  • Ability to influence, lead teams, and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive writing; proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of P&L, cash flow, leasing, financing, exchange rates, and market forces
  • Works well across diverse teams and cultures; approachable yet assertive
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage ambiguity and multitask effectively
  • $120,000 - $135,000 per Year
