About The Position

Scope of Role: The Commercial Continuous Improvement Manager, Business Transformation will provide broad, in-depth project management expertise to achieve strategic and operational objectives within Regal Rexnord. This role is a key figure in managing the entire lifecycle of complex projects across the Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams. The position is closely aligned with the RBS Continuous Improvement Team and supports the maturation of the Regal Rexnord Business Management System (RBS). This high-visibility role reports directly to the CI Senior Manager in Business Transformation.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required in business management, Organizational Development, or related field (MBA desired).
  • Experience: 8-10+ years of project management experience required with a proven track record of successful delivery.
  • Certifications: PMP preferred; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Business acumen in commercial processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care).

Nice To Haves

  • Change management experience; certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Program & Portfolio Management: Manage multiple projects ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop, plan, and implement projects; set goals and estimate budgets where applicable.
  • People Development: Facilitate leadership development and RBS CI “Tool Champion” workshops in person or virtually.
  • Team Leadership: Provide on-site leadership, motivate team members, and ensure accountability for project goals.
  • Resource Management: Oversee resources, schedules, and financials while maintaining quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Set deadlines, provide feedback, and deliver executive summaries on project status.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, manage issues, and implement change requests for timely delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and waste, streamlining operations for productivity.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze metrics to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive development and maturation of the RBS Management System and CI culture.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on PM best practices and emerging methodologies; apply LEAN/PDCA principles daily.
