The Manager, Identity Delivery and Security leads the development, optimization, and support of Identity Delivery and Security, ensuring effective integration with workflows to enhance system technology. This role oversees team resource management, ensuring optimal alignment and reallocation as needed, while focusing on skill development to maintain a high-performing team that meets evolving organizational needs. They foster strong stakeholder relationships, driving collaboration, strategic initiatives, and leading project scoping efforts to deliver solutions that improve workflows and meet operational objectives. Additionally, this role is responsible for tracking team time management and ensuring adherence to key performance metrics, driving accountability and continuous improvement. The Manager, Identity Delivery and Security reports to the Director, Identity and Endpoint Delivery and Security, the leader who provides leadership over all identity and endpoint delivery and security services supporting MUSC's academic, research, and healthcare missions. Oversees the following areas: Identity and Access Management Engineering and Operations, as well as Epic Access and Security, functions for the MUSC enterprise, responsible for the delivery and security of user identities, including, automation engineering and Tier 2 support associated with provisioning, termination, role-based access, privileged access management, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, Sailpoint, and Microsoft Entra.
