This is a 12-month limited term position, which may be extended, cancelled, or made permanent at any time. If becoming permanent, the selected candidate must be eligible for a permanent appointment at the time of the LT appointment or at the time of the conversion. This position may be filled at one of the following State Fund locations: Sacramento, Stockton, Redding, or Vacaville. Premium Audit has a full time opening for an Assistant Audit Manager (AAM). The AAM is responsible for motivating, developing and appraising subordinate staff, while managing the operations of a field and/or virtual audit unit to ensure the timely and accurate completion of premium audits in compliance with corporate guidelines and procedures. The successful candidate is also tasked with suggesting, participating in, and leading Premium Audit projects and initiatives in support of program growth and development. In addition, the successful candidate will provide Premium Audit information and services to internal and external stakeholders, customers, brokers, agencies and policyholders.
