The role includes managing processes for the identification, analysis, control, or management of these risk areas, and may require applying specific direct expertise personally. The individual will provide support to peer operational management on detailed treatment of cases or specific areas of risk and may participate in various cross-functional committees focused on specific risks. The position also entails managing professionals and/or leaders and being accountable for the performance and results of a team. Decisions made in this role are guided by policies, resources, and the business plan. Additionally, the individual will develop, manage, and guide the execution of operational initiatives to achieve tactical objectives.
