About The Position

The Operations Team Manager I role will lead and provide guidance and direction to our Money Market/Mutual Funds & Asset Review team. This role will also work closely with senior leaders in the business to ensure consistent and superior customer service. In this position you will be responsible for supervising daily operations activities and ensuring our staff is properly developed to carry out their daily responsibilities and effectively service business partners. You will interact with associates through formal and informal means to ensure we are creating a productive, engaged workforce. You will also provide a high level of expertise to business partners and help them provide TUCE to UMB customers. You can expect a fast-paced environment with unpredictable scenarios while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to client needs. The Money Market/Mutual Funds & Asset Review team is about creating strong connections amongst its associates to develop and maintain a positive working experience. Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Bank operations.
  • 3 years of experience with banking and/or banking operations.
  • Earned an Associates degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Money Market/Mutual Fund processing experience.
  • Securities services experience.

Responsibilities
