Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily job functions of Headend Technicians and Engineers.
• Establish performance goals and monitor progress through coaching and mentoring.
• Configure and manage the lab on a daily basis.
• Assist in planning and implementing new product introductions.
• Interpret, maintain, and install network management systems.
• Lead assigned projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Provide training and guidance to technical personnel.
• Assist Field and Headend Technicians with technical problems.
• Interface with other departments regarding daily error reporting and database management.
• Coordinate with Operations staff regarding digital and analog addressability activity.
• Submit regular reports to senior management and assist in preparing the department budget.
• Manage all third-party integrations and work with product owners on planning and design.
• Research potential headend equipment purchases and review purchase requests.
