Responsibilities

  • Lead, direct, and manage internal sales teams to initiate, negotiate, and close business energy sales.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales and gains goals.
  • Develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies in compliance with operational and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor product mix, margins, and customer incentives in collaboration with the Products and P&L teams.
  • Lead recruiting efforts to grow sales teams and develop compensation plans for new employees.
  • Manage spending for sales teams effectively.
