This position is located at the Riverside Contact Center in Riverside. This position is located at the Riverside DMV Contact Center. The Riverside Contact Center is seeking leaders to hire, train, and develop subordinate personnel in multiple service channels. The incumbent will analyze, review, and resolve difficult and complex problems; manage multiple work priorities; work as a team; and effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and electronically to assist the public with complex problems relating to vehicle registration (VR), procurement of a driver's license (DL), and occupational licenses. Additionally, the incumbent will maintain the Department's objectives to provide superior customer service and establish a good public image of courtesy, professionalism, integrity, and efficiency.
