About The Position

This position is located at the Riverside Contact Center in Riverside. This position is located at the Riverside DMV Contact Center. Would you like to be part of a dynamic team, leading change through system and process modernization? The Riverside Contact Center is seeking leaders to hire, train, and develop subordinate personnel in multiple service channels. The incumbent will analyze, review, and resolve difficult and complex problems; manage multiple work priorities; work as a team; and effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and electronically to assist the public with complex problems relating to vehicle registration (VR), procurement of a driver's license (DL), and occupational licenses. Additionally, the incumbent will maintain the Department's objectives to provide superior customer service and establish a good public image of courtesy, professionalism, integrity, and efficiency. All eligible applicants may apply. A training and development assignment may be considered. SROA/Surplus candidates are encouraged to apply. The position(s) being advertised may be subject to allocation approval by the Human Resources Branch. Fingerprint/Criminal Record Clearance is required before hire. The Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full-time appointment. Moving and relocation expenses will not be reimbursed for this position.
