About The Position
As Duty Manager, Crew Services, you will play a strategic leadership role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Crew Services Team. This position requires a proactive and dynamic leader capable of managing a diverse team to achieve operational excellence in a 24/7 environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and Collective Bargaining Agreements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team engagement. This role demands a high level of expertise in planning, staffing, and operational efficiency to support our Spirit Pilots and Flight Attendants effectively.
