About The Position

To develop, lead, and manage internal communication programs and campaigns, including workplace, culture, crisis, change and strategy. The Manager I manages professionals and/or leaders and is accountable for the performance and results of a team. Decisions are guided by policies, resources and business plans. Develop, manage and guide execution of enterprise-facing communications plans to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Extensive relative work experience.
  • Track record of building strong-performing teams.
  • Experience blending internal communications across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Associated Press Style.
  • Advanced knowledge of change management principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong judgement, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to guide, influence, and persuade others.

  • Expert knowledge of internal communications principles.
  • Broad knowledge of the functional area with demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Report on progress, challenges, and potential solutions.
  • Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new trends and tools.
  • Translate communication needs into unified communication plans.
