About The Position
As a Manager, Hygiene Recruiting, you will actively lead and support a team of hygiene recruiters in partnership with Hygiene Recruitment Manager colleagues. This role reports to the Director of Hygiene Recruiting. As a member of the Team Recruitment Leadership Team, this critical role will help support the growth and development of the Hygiene recruitment team to increase the focus on Heartland Dental's hygienist opportunities. This individual will continually evaluate and align the recruiting strategy to support the priorities of the organization through workforce planning, ensuring Heartland Dental meets production, growth, and organizational objectives.
