Under the direction of the Director of Engineering, the incumbent organizes, supervises and manages the repair and preventative maintenance activities of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance unit, including the building automation controls of all on-site and offsite locations to ensure zero to minimal "down time".
