About The Position
The Human Resources Manager at Baxter Health is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the HR function. This includes managing recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits, employee relations, and compliance with legal regulations. The role requires a seasoned professional who can develop and implement HR policies that align with the organization's strategic goals and foster a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also collaborate with various departments to meet staffing needs and develop retention strategies, while serving as a key member of the Leadership Team.
