Responsible for the daily operations of the Human Resources (HR) Department for a property. Interprets, administers, and communicates personnel policies and procedures, acts as liaison between team members and management on employment and human resources issues. Is available to team members for a variety of reasons such as benefits, leaves, and Team Member relations. Is available to management team for mentoring, guidance on team member issues, and other topics. Ensures that team member engagement activities and communication is consistent and correct. Maintains a high level of integrity in the HR department.
