About The Position
Responsible for all daily HR duties for specified customer groups. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, staffing & recruitment, employee relations & legal compliance, employment related issue resolution, site safety and worker’s compensation. Managerial responsibilities for HR function for Supply Chain Management including Midwest, East and West Coasts Distribution Centers. Supervisory responsibility for 3 HR Generalists/Training Specialists. Will include travel up to 40% of the time. This position requires working onsite, either at our Pleasant Prairie, WI distribution center or at our Lake Zurich, IL U.S. headquarters.
