About The Position

The Manager of Human Resources at Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) plays a crucial role in aligning operational strategies with people initiatives to support the company's dynamic growth. Requirements

  • 5+ years of focused and relevant HR Leadership/Business Partner experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Ability to use data to identify trends and root causes for business recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Skilled in building productive partnerships through strong business acumen.
  • Experience in building and executing full life-cycle leadership development programs.
  • Collaborative leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to foster strong team morale and promote open dialogue.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in other HR specialties preferred.
  • Experience with change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior leaders to align operational strategies with people initiatives that resonate with frontline associates.
  • Lead the enhancement and execution of performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, and learning programs.
  • Align resources for leadership recruiting and onboarding processes to attract diverse talent.
  • Partner closely with Regional Manufacturing Managers to develop and implement people initiatives.
  • Support Regional Manufacturing Managers with their professional development.
  • Oversee HR responsibilities at site locations in partnership with the Plant Manager.
  • Partner with internal HR teams to align with supply chain business strategies.
  • Drive transformation to support change management and communication across all levels.
  • Evaluate organizational structure and provide counsel for improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce hourly turnover and absenteeism.
  • Provide effective employee relations support and conduct confidential investigations.
