The position involves building, improving, and deploying an effective recruitment process across all businesses to ensure alignment with the quality of hire, the organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) philosophy, and best global hiring practices. This includes stakeholder engagement with RPO partners, campus hiring, internal job postings (IJPs), and sourcing agencies. The role also encompasses managing the end-to-end RPO process and leadership hiring across AFS, ensuring quality of hire, contract management, process efficiency metrics, turnaround time (TAT), cost per hire, and monitoring scales. Additionally, the position requires developing mechanisms to measure the quality of hire and leveraging analytics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process. The successful candidate will also be responsible for capability building within the MPeople team, benchmarking RPO practices, driving the e-recruitment process, and managing third-party recruitments.
