About The Position

This Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role supports the Technical Operations teams across the New England region. The position requires in-office or field presence Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays and flexibility as needed. Weekly travel is expected at 25-30%. As the HR Manager, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to leadership while advocating for employees and promoting Comcast's inclusive culture. Your focus will be on aligning talent with business needs-ensuring the right people are in the right roles with the right skills, both now and in the future. You'll play a key role in workforce planning, talent development, and organizational change, using data and storytelling to connect human capital strategies with business outcomes. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to navigate difficult conversations, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment. Reporting to the Senior Director of HR and working closely with Technical Operations leadership, you'll help shape and implement people strategies. You'll collaborate with Centers of Expertise to manage recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Proficiency in using workforce analytics and AI tools to enhance decision-making and work processes is essential. You'll also provide expert guidance to frontline employees as needed.
