About The Position
The Manager-Human Resources administers the human resources programs for Loma Linda University Interstate Services (LLUIS) and the Management Resident & Business Intern Program (MRBI). Serves as the liaison between the LLUIS and the central Human Resources office. Provides strategic and operational leadership to LLUIS constituents in human resource planning. Ensures that the LLUIS Human Resource and MRBI programs and initiatives are in alignment with LLUH strategies. Performs other duties as needed.
