About The Position
Ashcor Technologies Ltd. is a subsidiary of ATCO and the largest independent marketer of fly ash in Western Canada. Ashcor is adding to its dynamic team as it expands its reclaimed ash management business in Canada and the United States. We are committed to excellence in all aspects of our operations. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of our facilities, and as such we are looking for a skilled Manager, Human Resources, to join us on this journey. Reporting to the President, Ashcor, the Manager, Human Resources will play an instrumental role in assisting Ashcor launch its business operations in the United States. This position will act as a key resource for a wide range of Human Resource Management matters, including recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, performance management and benefits programs. The position will be a remote USA position. The incumbent will, in the future, be expected to travel between 20-30% of the time to various sites in the USA and potentially Canada.
