About The Position

The Manager of the Human Resources Support Center is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing team members and activities to support HR functions. This role involves overseeing inquiries and requests from team members and business units, coordinating the development and implementation of centralized processes that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency, and advising on process improvements across HR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership/management experience required.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR policies & procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership to team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
  • Conducts briefings and departmental meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers.
  • Works to develop and drive performance metrics and KPI's that enable efficiency and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Provides direction and guidance to exempt specialist and/or supervisory personnel who exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments.
  • Links and executes Human Resources policies and procedures supporting HR strategies.
  • Supports the development of team member support and experience strategies, programs, and policies.
  • Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with system.
  • Decisions typically relate to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area.
  • Exercises independent judgement within specific guidelines and procedures to determine actions for moderately complex issues.
  • Regularly collaborates with leadership and others outside of own function.
  • Performs related duties as required.
