About The Position

The Human Resources Manager at Open Health Care Clinic will oversee the full-cycle human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits management, and performance management. This role is crucial for supporting the operations of the clinic and contributing to the growth and evolution of the HR function in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or progressive experience in human resources management.
  • Experience in project management and leading an HR department or team.
  • Experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is preferred but not required.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to creating excellent work products.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Advanced skill and proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office, HRIS (ADP preferred), benefit administration, talent acquisition, and performance management software.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or FQHC is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for human resources functions of the organization, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Manage employee information and personnel policies.
  • Oversee employee benefit programs and development of pay scales.
  • Supervise payroll processes in collaboration with the CFO.
  • Develop key performance indicators for the Human Resources department.
  • Support HR team members in meeting performance measures.
  • Advise and counsel on employee relations to enhance organizational culture.
