About the position

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner for your client groups, driving HR initiatives to support the organization's goals. The Manager, HRBP will provide thoughtful guidance on improving employee performance, talent management, and fostering an engaging workplace culture. The Manager HRBP, reports to a Director HRBP, and supports leaders and employees for Hearst Magazines in multiple locations.
