We are hiring a Manager, HR Business Partner that will be responsible for aligning business objectives with people strategy for designated Digital industry intersections. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with extensive business partner experience
  • Management consulting industry or professional services industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Digital or technical consulting industry experience is also highly preferred.
  • Prior experience leading change efforts within a fast-paced, matrix environment, geographically dispersed business unit, with rapidly shifting skills/capabilities required.
  • Organization and team development experience; strong history of delivering solutions and strategies for solving hard business problems.
  • Strong project management, organizational skills, analytical capabilities, report generation, and data insights experience a plus.
  • Value driven individual who actively seeks to positively influence others.
  • Proven change management, organization design and development, and team effectiveness.
  • Exceptional people skills, including the ability to work effectively with a wide group of stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in working in close collaboration across multiple HR teams including employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, finance, and total rewards.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business relevant solutions.
  • Ability to partner effectively with business leaders who are working in a highly complex market across a dynamic and geographically dispersed business unit.
  • Strong credibility as an HR advisor to all levels.
  • Effective relationship building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work actively on practice-wide projects.
  • Proven communication skills and experience leading People Committees and Councils.
  • Highly collaborative, stellar work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.
  • Ability to bring innovative and creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • The HRBP will play a highly visible role and serve as a key member of the Digital industry leadership teams. They will have primary responsibility for the integration, development, engagement, and retention of employees within the segment.
  • Provide strategic advice, counsel, and consultative solutions to business leaders on the people-management aspects of their business.
  • Design and implement innovative approaches to talent programs and policies that align to business goals and objectives.
  • Work in close partnership with the HR Strategy Leader to deliver proactive talent strategies.
  • Create strategies to enhance operational efficiencies and process improvements across multiple HR functions.
  • Deliver key insights and solutions to business and talent leadership to address talent trends.
  • Drive organizational development, team effectiveness, and employee engagement solutions that improve business performance.
  • Lead complex HR initiatives including mid-year and year-end performance initiatives, compensation, talent reviews, goal setting, etc., and guide business leaders to outcomes that align with HR and business strategies.
  • Collaborate and consult on the design and delivery of HR programs with the COEs to deliver effective solutions to the business; put HR strategies into action.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the practice and segment business plans and model including, but not limited to workforce planning, budget, and service offerings.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and business leaders on Human Capital trends.
  • Take an active role in the execution of other cross practice HR duties such as lead on various workstreams and implementation of HR projects.
  • Work in close collaboration with the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) HRBP peers, coaches, and employees to manage and deliver end-to-end talent support.
