Kin is currently seeking an HRIS Manager to play a key role on the HR Team in a fast-paced growth environment. Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards & People Operations, you will manage Kin’s HRIS, acting as a subject matter expert and consultant around all things Workday. as it pertains to maintaining our HCM system (Workday), configuring various business processes and modules to drive efficiencies across the company, building reporting & integration capabilities, partnering within the HR team and other stakeholders to provide ongoing support, and training internal users.
