About The Position
Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of global food retailer Ahold Delhaize, is part of the U.S. family of brands, which includes five leading omnichannel grocery brands - Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford and Stop & Shop. Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more. The primary purpose of this position is to plan, direct and manage HR Operations, Design and Delivery activities in support of Business Services, IT, HR and Brand Leadership. The role involves directing, motivating and developing the HR Operations, Design & Delivery teams to maximize contributions and positively impact business outcomes. It also includes building HR Operations, Design and Delivery bench strength and continually improving the HR user experience with a focus on efficient and effective HR business processes. The position represents US HR interests in Global Governance Committees and partners with Global HR Tech, Data Innovation & Associate Experience and Global Enterprise Platforms HR to develop the Global HR Roadmap. Additionally, it leads the US HR Prioritization process to deliver against key Business Initiatives.
