Requirements

  • Data Management & Accuracy: Skilled in maintaining precise data across HR systems (HRIS, leave & claims, case management) and tools like Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI.
  • Strategic Thinking & Collaboration: Ability to see the bigger picture, apply context, and influence stakeholders at all levels while fostering strong partnerships.
  • Analytical & Curious Mindset: Naturally seeks to understand the "why" behind decisions and data, using insights to drive meaningful actions.
  • Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in business or HR with 2-3 years as HR Business Partner/Generalist; adept in process-driven environments with competing priorities.
  • Leadership & Communication Skills: Confident, self-driven, credible, and skilled at delivering coaching and guidance to diverse audiences; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting assigned functional managers, in areas including but not limited to recruiting, employee moves, compensation, and cyclical processes, as both a process expert and liaison with internal HR COE partners
  • Proactively owning real-time data monitoring, input, and maintenance for designated Corporate functions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across HR systems, organizational charts, functional spreadsheets, and Headcount/Total Employment Cost processes
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, leaves, and HR policies, ensuring timely and accurate resolution and adherence to policy
  • Supporting cyclical HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent management initiatives in partnership with HR COEs
  • Supporting the full-cycle recruitment process of functional and Early Careers roles through strong partnership with Talent Acquisition, ensuring roles are filled with speed and quality talent
