About The Position

Join us as the Manager - HRBP for Kansas City Assembly Plant – where you will lead a high performing HR team and shape the future of talent and culture in a high-volume vehicle manufacturing facility proudly building the iconic Ford F-150 and Transit van in a unionized environment. This is a vehicle manufacturing facility dedicated to the electrification of Ford Motor Company with 1800 people. You will align HR functions with strategic business objectives, working closely with Plant Leadership and central HR teams to deliver advanced HR solutions that enhance the employee experience and drive business success. Your expertise in union relations and employee engagement will be crucial in developing a high performing workplace that enhances both employee satisfaction and operational excellence. You will work closely with Plant Management and union leadership to drive transformational and strategic initiatives, ensuring our workforce is empowered and equipped to achieve our production goals.

Requirements

• Experience in HR management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of union relations and labor laws.
• Proven track record in employee engagement strategies.
• Ability to align HR practices with business objectives.
• Experience in leading HR teams and initiatives.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in vehicle manufacturing or similar industries.
• Knowledge of electrification initiatives in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with high-volume production environments.
