About The Position

The Manager, HR Technology provides operational leadership and oversight for the University’s human resources systems, ensuring stability, security, and optimization of technology platforms. This role executes the HR technology strategy, aligning systems and processes with business objectives while driving enhancements, integrations, and process efficiencies. The Manager partners closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver solutions that improve user experience, data integrity, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR technology experience required; at least 3 years in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Workday experience required.
