The Manager, HR Technology provides operational leadership and oversight for the University’s human resources systems, ensuring stability, security, and optimization of technology platforms. This role executes the HR technology strategy, aligning systems and processes with business objectives while driving enhancements, integrations, and process efficiencies. The Manager partners closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver solutions that improve user experience, data integrity, and decision-making. This position supervises functional team members, manages system operations, and directs projects that advance the HR technology roadmap, including system upgrades, new feature implementation, and reporting solutions.
