The Manager, HR Technology - Talent Acquisition is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for advancing, integrating, and optimizing the enterprise Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of HR strategy, complex system design, automation, and product thinking, with Oracle HCM/ORC as the system of record and an expanding landscape of adjacent recruiting platforms (e.g., conversational AI, CRM, assessments, scheduling, and market-specific ATS solutions). The Manager serves as a trusted internal consultant and product owner, partnering with stakeholders to translate Talent Acquisition, HR, and business needs into scalable technical solutions, orchestrating cross-system workflows, and driving enterprise-level consistency and innovation. They proactively shape roadmaps and lead complex and end-to-end projects that deliver a modern, AI-enabled, high-volume, high-quality hiring experience.
