This role will serve as Talent Acquisition Systems subject matter expert. Work with the Director of HR Technology (Talent Acquisition and Talent) along with Global People Technology & Services (GPTS) in driving the evolution of technological capabilities across the enterprise Talent Acquisition eco-system. Central to this role is the ability to serve as an internal consultant, analyst, and solution provider to the Talent Acquisition COEs, advancing strategic growth and positioning across corporate and hotel populations. This role will leverage technical and product expertise, configuration capabilities, and research, both partnered and independent to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions. Establish strong cross-functional relationships to optimize system use and performance. Take a comprehensive approach to resolving issues through a combination of determining cost-effective enhancements versus process improvement and user training. This role includes requirement gathering, systems analysis, development and/or use of systems requirements, training, and communications.
