About The Position

The Manager, HR Technology & Data Architecture will lead and oversee the teams’ day-to-day operations. Support the Director, HR Technology Programs to develop integrated technology solutions to enable HR strategy effectiveness. The Manager, HR Technology & Data Architecture will provide operational excellence and consultation to HR stakeholders and subject matter experts across HR’s technology platforms. This individual will lead a team of analysts that ensure data integrity and provide high standards of operational support across HR’s technology platform. The Manager, HR Technology & Data Architecture is responsible for ensuring Healthfirst’s HR systems, integrations, and data architecture operate as a cohesive, reliable, and scalable ecosystem. This role leads day-to-day HR technology operations while also serving as the primary owner of system integration, data integrity, and technical design across HR platforms. As Manager, you will partner closely with HR Operations, People Analytics, IT (CBT), and HR stakeholders to translate business needs into structured, scalable system solutions. This role is critical to enabling HR service delivery, improving data consistency, and ensuring that HR systems support enterprise priorities such as workforce planning, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in office at 100 Church Street, NYC 3 days per week (Tues/Wed/Thurs)
  • 7+ years HR technology / HRIS / integration experience
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and processes
  • Experience with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of HR technology
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
  • Prior Human Resources experience, including one or more areas: HR operations, employment administration, customer services, training coordination & administration, or acting in an HR generalist capacity

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations and activities of the team
  • Ensure timely support and resolution on system requests/inquiries raised by employees
  • Manage the reporting catalog in close partnership with HRSS and People Analytics
  • Partner with People Analytics, CBT and HRSS to ensure alignment across data governance practices
  • Manage and maintain the Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) mass upload process in Workday
  • Partner and liaise with CBT and HR SMEs on requirements interpretation, light configuration, testing, and deployment of work
  • Play a consultative role while partnering with HR subject-matter-experts and stakeholders across HR teams to inform, educate, and encourage technology enhancements and advancement
  • Proactively identify and raise processes and technology opportunities and provide proposals for improvement, especially while working with HR stakeholder groups on projects
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective and timely communication
