The HR Systems Manager at Casey's is responsible for optimizing the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to enhance HR processes and drive organizational success. This role involves leading the implementation and maintenance of HRIS, collaborating with IT and other departments, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance and data integrity, and developing a high-performing HR team.

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HR systems with business applications, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to streamline HR operations and elevate the employee experience.
  • Maintain strict adherence to data privacy laws and regulations by conducting regular audits and updates.
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering career growth and setting clear goals for success.
  • Minimum eight years of HR Systems experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven experience in leading HRIS implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Experience in HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously and maintain a clear sense of priorities for self and team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with ADP Vantage preferred.
