The Manager, HR Faculty Administration manages the operations of the HR Faculty service delivery team and will report to the Director of HR Operations. This position ensures consistency of service and timely completion of employment transactions and information requests. The service delivery team is the first point of contact for faculty questions regarding their compensation, benefits, and contract documents. Works closely with academic affairs and academic staff to understand needs and ensure effective service delivery. The Manager is also responsible for the oversight and execution of the faculty administration processes across all schools, including merit, hiring and off-boarding.
