As an HR Business Partner – Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, championing organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering impactful solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience in dynamic, global environments.
• Proven success in driving performance, engagement, and leadership development.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, conditional formatting).
• Analytical mindset with a bias for action and results.
• Exceptional communication skills—able to influence, inspire, and inform across all levels.

• Collaborate with leadership to design and execute talent strategies that support business growth, workforce planning, and succession readiness.
• Lead initiatives that cultivate a diverse, inclusive, and energized workplace.

• Leverage data to uncover trends, inform decisions, and measure the impact of people strategies.
• Spearhead HR projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
