About The Position

Responsible for day-to-day benefits administration, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating across internal teams and with leadership on the overall Total Rewards strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or experience in lieu of education.
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Health, Welfare and Retirement offerings.
  • Recommends benefit programs.
  • Analyzes team member requirements, trends and overall changes in the benefits landscape.
  • Responds to escalated team member inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the team members; makes work assignments.
  • Reviews and edits work of direct reports.
  • Ensures team members are adequately trained and are competent to perform all required job tasks.
  • Manages annual open enrollment.
  • Provides audit support during annual audits.
  • Works with auditors to ensure all necessary information is received.
  • Develops communication plans for benefit changes.
  • Coordinates required notice distribution via email and printed materials.
