The Manager of HR Benefits & Compensation coordinates and manages the employee benefits and compensation programs to establish best practices, attract high-quality employees, and reduce turnover. This role involves managing the analysis, projection, and implementation of the compensation program to assess and devise programs that best fit United Regional and its employees. The position works in coordination with and under the direction of the Senior Director of Human Resources.
