About The Position

As the Manager of HR Advisory at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships and coordinating support for HR inquiries that span multiple areas. Requirements

  • Practical experience in HR Generalist/Business Partner roles, Employee Relations, Performance & Reward, or Learning & Talent Development.
  • Ability to understand complex situations and provide clear guidance.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to spot errors in data and seek clarification.
  • Proactive self-starter with a customer-focused approach.
  • Understanding of the business environment to align advice with business goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and innovative in reporting analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
  • Ability to commit to a hybrid schedule of approximately 3 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships and coordinate support for HR inquiries across multiple areas.
  • Support complex interpretation of HR policies and procedures, overseeing events requiring higher touch handling.
  • Assist in the change journey for people managers regarding various HR processes.
  • Encourage customer adoption of HR systems and tools.
  • Conduct low and medium risk investigations as needed.
  • Utilize case and knowledge management tools to identify trends and improve HR services.
  • Provide end-to-end coordination and quality assurance for queries and transactions for Senior Executives.
  • Use data to identify trends and support colleagues in their career journeys.
  • Facilitate team meetings, townhalls, and Employee Resource Group events, both virtually and in person.
