About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join the Cancun Resort Las Vegas team. Apply now to join our journey to success! Additionally, a full range of spa services is available for those looking to escape and relax! The Housekeeping Manager oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet One Source and brand standards. This role drives service quality, team performance, and operational efficiency to support an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of housekeeping supervisory or managerial experience in a hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and coach a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of brand standards, cleaning procedures, and chemical safety.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift; lift up to 30–40 lbs.
  • Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual ability (Spanish or Creole) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and develop housekeeping team members to ensure consistent service standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance.
  • Create daily room assignments, manage staffing levels, and monitor productivity.
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high service satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and proper handling of supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, safety, and company compliance protocols.
  • Coordinate with hotel leadership and front office on room readiness and operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records including room status, inspections, and payroll-related documentation.
