About The Position
The Manager is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of all activities related to Hospital Revenue Cycle Operations in collaboration with the Director, AVP and VP of the Revenue Cycle Division. The Manager is responsible for evaluating billing, denial and follow-up trends and associated metrics to implement mitigation plans and educational requirements, including follow-up edit consultation, education, and KPIs for Ochsner Health System’s Revenue Cycle. The Manager maintains excellent and productive relationships with colleagues, facility leadership, physicians, physician groups, and third party payers.
