About The Position

Assumes responsibility for translating interrelated strategic initiatives into large, complex campus plans and programs for execution. In collaboration with campus executive team and leader(s), the Campus Operations Manager plans, resources, implements, controls, and evaluates projects that support the Regions strategic plan. Communicate regularly and often work one-on-one with senior leadership on a wide variety of topics and/or projects. Strategic thinking, flexibility, innovation, and creativity are critical to the role. Provides technical and organizational leadership in specific area(s) of specialization. Job Description · Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. (Do not delete, move or over-write this statement) · Maintains cost control and evaluates budget needs for operations. · Collaborates to establish campus plans consistent with mission, strategic operations, quality and safety improvement plan, and overall network goals. · Manages and motivates multiple teams across several initiatives to achieve shared goal, while developing relationships with key stakeholders. · Proactively communicates critical issues and intervenes accordingly, prepares and submits timely reports for operational review. · Implements and adjusts workflows to streamline operations and corrective actions for cost control problems. · Independently leads and facilitates initiatives, in collaboration with senior leaders, key stakeholders and network leadership working across multiple business areas and stakeholder groups. · Provides data for developing project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, and costs. · Effectively conducts written and oral project updates for senior management and other leaders · Maintains ongoing, proactive relationships with all relevant people. · Recommends and submits for capital expenditures to promote safe and efficient care delivery and sound business operations. · Routinely reviewing data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors to address them promptly. · Demonstrates eagerness and curiosity to understand core business elements critical to project's success in relevant topics (e.g. healthcare operations, patient access and experience, healthcare IT, human resources, finance and revenue cycle) through independent reading, professional networking, and/or attending relevant conferences & workshops · Supports campus-based process improvement projects. · Provides support as needed to senior and operational leadership roles and cross-functional team. · Demonstrates eagerness and curiosity to understand core business elements critical to project's success in relevant topics (e.g. healthcare operations, patient access and experience, healthcare IT, human resources, finance and revenue cycle) through independent reading, professional networking, and/or attending relevant conferences & workshops. · Supports campus-based process improvement projects · Provides support as needed to senior and operational leadership roles and cross-functional team.
