About The Position
Bartlett Regional Hospital is searching for an experienced RN Manager to lead our Hospice & Home Health Care team! The Manager of Hospice & Home Health oversees and supervises all Hospice & Home Health services to patients and families in all settings. The manager is responsible for working with the Post Acute Care Administrator and Director of Hospice & Home Health for the implementation, delivery, coordination, and supervision of Hospice & Home Health services delivered by respective team members, consistent with Home Health policies and procedures. Hospice & Home Health Care is an exciting opportunity to provide much needed care in our community. Care is delivered directly in the home of the patients we serve, providing the ideal opportunity for independent and highly motivated staff who thrive on regular changes in work environments and levels of care.
