As a Manager, InfoSec Solutions, you’ll own a portfolio of accounts, manage a high-performing team, and help shape the future of audit technology. In this role, you’ll not only ensure the delivery of exceptional HITRUST audits for emerging technology companies but also collaborate directly with our Labs team to advance our AI-powered audit engine. Requirements

Audit Innovator: Deep expertise in HITRUST with 7+ years of experience performing HITRUST or related IT audits in an audit or consulting firm.
Technology Enthusiast: Familiarity with advanced cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and a passion for leveraging technology to solve problems.
Collaborative Leader: Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, while working cross-functionally to achieve big-picture goals.
Problem Solver: Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
Forward-Thinking: A visionary who sees how AI and automation can transform the audit process and is eager to help lead that transformation.
Customer-Centric: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
Certified Pro: CPA, CISSP, CISA, or equivalent technical certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect).

Responsibilities

Deliver World-Class Audits: Oversee the performance of HITRUST audits and ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of audit reports.
Lead and Mentor: Manage a team of junior to mid level auditors, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and customer focus.
Collaborate on Technology: Work closely with our technology team to refine, enhance, and implement our AI-powered audit engine, ensuring it addresses real-world challenges and scales with our growth.
Drive Efficiency: Build and implement processes that make it possible to execute HITRUST audits at scale without sacrificing quality.
Enhance Customer Experience: Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the integrated audit experience for customers, making audits more seamless and insightful.
Be a Thought Leader: Provide expert guidance on information security and HITRUST standards, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
